The AFF Gift Voucher jump is an unparalelled gift if you're looking to give someone the experience and thrill of skydiving with instructors at their side--not attached to them. This jump experience is often more rewarding because, after 6 hours of ground instruction, they're in control of the skydive. The instruction is much more detailed than a Tandem Skydive because they're in charge. They have two instructors who exit the airplane with them, fly by their side to coach them (using hand signals they learned during their training), and assist them if necessary during their nearly one minute of freefall. The instructors will leave their side after they deploy their own parachute. After 4 to 5 minutes of breath-taking views, they get to land their parachute. With radio assistance, they will be directed to the proper landing area for a nice controlled landing
All our prices include the compulsory provisional membership of the British Parachute Association for level 1, which entitles them to a Third Party liability insurance of £2,000,000. The cost of this insurance cover is currently £30.00, this will require to be upgraded to full membership from level 2 and above. |

The Course Instructors - What are they like?
The Accelerated Free Fall (AFF) program is the industry standard for achieving a skydive certification. In only eight jumps your gift voucher recipient can receive a certificate that allows them to jump by themselves. The AFF Instructors are highly qualified. As well as being experienced skydivers, they are also experienced instructors. They must have a minimum of 1000 jumps, and 10 hours of accumulated time in free-fall, just to attend the evaluation course
The Course !
LEVEL 1 - After a days training, your recipient is ready to leave the aircraft at up to 13,000', with 2 AFF instructors hanging on to them. On the way down, they practice pulling the ripcord, and maintaining heading and altitude awareness, whilst travelling at 120mph. At 5,000' they then deploy the parachute and fly it back to the landing area.
